Our Process Explained

Seven Steps to Success!

Please follow the Seven Steps to Success for speedy processing of your clients' loan and payment of your commission.

1

Complete and send an Introducer Application Form, online or by fax. State if you require us to contact you or your client first.

2

The Beech Introducers Support Team will complete a credit search, underwrite and place the case within 2 hours. Depending on your choice we will call you or your clients straight away.

3

The Introducer Support Team confirms terms of loan with client, compliantly offers PPI and issues the appropriate documentation. Full details of the loan your client has been offered is available on our online system. The customers can then choose to have one of our representatives to visit them in their own home to speed up the process and minimise any errors or postal delays.

4

The Introducer Support Team then packages the case upon receipt of the documents and obtains all the relevant information as required i.e. valuations, BSQs etc. Beech Introducers pay for all these items at no cost to you or your clients. You can monitor all progress via the real time online tracking and see all the live comments regarding the case, you can see who and what we have chased 24hrs a day..

5

The documentation is then compiled and the case is submitted to the lender for completion. Depending on their turnaround times this is typically 48 hours.

6

The loan is then completed after the lender confirms their final checks with the client. The customers funds are then released.

7

The market leading commission payment is made to the introducer.
